The SCP and GSG Association (formerly BTSG Management) is a 501(c)(7) nonprofit membership organization and serves as the parent body to Sigma Chi Psi Sorority, Inc. and Gamma Sigma Gamma Fraternity, Inc. (both 501(c)(3) nonprofit entities), as well as affiliated programs such as The Little Jadestones.

This Privacy Policy is part of our Terms of Use and explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

(a) Personal Information: Includes, but is not limited to, your full name, maiden name, address, phone number, email, member number, date of birth, chapter of initiation, initiation year, photographs, education, career details, family relationships, donation history, and other information you voluntarily provide.

(b) Non-Personal Information: Data that does not directly identify you, such as aggregated analytics, device type, or general browsing behavior.

(c) Children’s Information: The Site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13 years of age (U.S.) or under 16 years of age (European Economic Area/UK). Accounts created by ineligible users will be deleted.

2. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

  • You provide it: By applying for membership, creating an online account, updating your profile, donating, registering for events, or communicating with us.

We use your Personal Information to:

  • Administer membership and online accounts

  • Provide services, events, and communications

  • Process donations (via secure third-party processors; we do not store payment card data)

  • Facilitate community engagement and networking

  • Share relevant information about SCP and GSG Association, Sigma Chi Psi, Gamma Sigma Gamma, and affiliated programs

International Members: For EU/UK users, processing is based on contract necessity, legitimate interest, consent, or legal obligation.

  • Chapters & Groups: Member lists may be shared with collegiate and alumni chapters for official purposes.

  • Fundraising & Foundation: Donation-related information may be shared with the Sigma Chi Psi Foundation for charitable and fundraising purposes.

  • Legal & Compliance: Information may be disclosed to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights.

  • International Transfers: By submitting information, you consent to transfer outside your country, including the U.S.

  • Accounts are password-protected; servers use SSL/TLS encryption.

  • Payment processors comply with PCI-DSS standards.

  • While we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information, no method is 100% secure. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials.
